How quickly will you respond to my enquiry?
We aim for a two-hour callback during business hours, Monday to Friday, 8am to 6pm. Out-of-hours and weekend enquiries are handled the next business day. For active LFB or insurer-flagged urgencies, call 020 3488 2247 directly and an adviser will be paged.
Can I get a quote over the phone?
For straightforward jobs, a single FRA, a fire door inspection on a small block, an HMO assessment, we can give an indicative figure on the call. For multi-discipline or multi-site work we follow up with a fixed-price written quote within 48 hours so you have something to present to a board, insurer or freeholder.
Do you charge for site visits or scoping?
No. Initial scoping calls and pre-quote site visits are free of charge across all 32 London boroughs. We only invoice once a job is agreed in writing and the work is delivered. Quotes are fixed, valid for 30 days, ex VAT.
Which boroughs and postcodes do you cover?
All 32 London boroughs plus the City of London. We have delivered work in 54 postcodes across 25 boroughs in the last six months and routinely take jobs in the Home Counties on request. If your postcode is outside London, mention it on the form and we will let you know whether we can cover it directly or recommend a partner.
Can you handle a portfolio or multi-site take-on?
Yes. Roughly a third of our workload is multi-site portfolio compliance for landlords, block managers, Registered Providers and care-home operators. Submit the form noting "multi-site" and a senior adviser will scope a phased rollout, typically starting with the highest-risk units in week one.
What if it is a real emergency?
For active fire emergencies, always call 999 first. For non-life-safety urgent compliance issues, an LFB notice, an insurer deadline, an out-of-hours callout request, call 020 3488 2247. Outside hours leave a voicemail noting "urgent" and we will call back within 60 minutes.
